This Silicon Power 2.5-inch Solid State Disk is for systems with the 44-pin IDE/PATA interface. Ideal for older laptops and PCs, along with industrial system using PATA / IDE storage. Supports both Windows and Linux based systems. Read speed up to 115MB/sec and write speed up to 95MB/sec.

Based on high-quality 17nm WD MLC NAND chips and with support for SMART feature command set. Supports 48/28 bit LBA addressing and compliant with ATA/ATAPI-8 standard command protocol.
