256Mb DDR566 PC4500 memory module from A-Datas Vitesta range. High performance memory for overclocking and gaming, rated CL3 at 566MHz. With red alu heatspreaders.

A-DATA Vitesta series is aimed at a niche market of gaming enthusiasts who regularly boost their memory clocks and adjust their BIOS settings to increase the performance of their systems. The brand name of Vitesta is incorporated with “Vitesse” whose meaning is “Speed” in French and “ta” which is adopted from “Data”. The Vitesta series are distinct design that memory chips are covered by a pair of red colored heatspreader for further hip to the conduction and elimination of heat.

The Vitesta DDR566 will be a Double Data Rate module that composed of CMOS Double Data Rate SDRAMs in TSOP-II 400mil 66pin package and one 2Kbit EEPROM in 8pin TSSOP (TSOP) package on an 184pin glass–epoxy printed circuit board. The Vitesta DDR566 will be a Dual In-line Memory Module and be intended for mounting onto 184-pins edge connector sockets. Synchronous design allows precise cycle control with the use of system clock. Data I/O transactions are possible on both edges of DQS. Range of operating frequencies, programmable latencies and burst lengths allow the same device to be useful for a variety of high bandwidth, high performance memory system applications.
